BIT-PT890 is a heavy duty pan tilt head designed to load very heavy camera housing with large zoom lens inside and usually applied in heavy wind situation like mountain, airport, or seaport for a very long range surveillance.
While the camera lens is at its maximum zoom to view or track a target a few miles away, a very low rotation speed of 0.005°/s will make sure that the camera view won't move too fast and miss the target.
Also any slight instability of the pan tilt body caused by wind will cause a big image shake and affect surveillance operation, so BIT-PT890 is designed with image stabilization and anti-loose technology to minimize image shake.
